Families should really think twice

It cost a fortune, but I guess some things come with a price.

We just had a good stay here! The breakfast buffet was great, and the friendly bartender made our evenings enjoyable. The pool area was well kept, too. I would return, but I hoped for better room quality.

The housekeeping service was excellent, but the pool was unavailable.

I enjoyed the King Suite Non-Smoking for one night. The staff were cute and responsive. The room had a microwave and refrigerator. I loved the complimentary cookies. The dining experience was also very good. 🍪

Overall, not quite what I'd expect for the money spent.

The staff here were friendly and helpful they treated us like family and that made a big difference in our stay and the indoor pool area was really nice and clean the kids had a blast swimming and going between the indoor and outdoor pools it was a real treat for them

Just a reliable pick for a city escape in Santa Fe with all in all brilliant value for money. The room felt worn with stained carpets and wasn’t up to Hilton standards, but the staff was mostly friendly and accommodating. Check in early to avoid longer waits if rooms aren’t ready.

I stayed in the King Suite, Disability Access/Non-Smoking room. It was decent but felt overpriced for what it was. The bed was comfy, and everything was clean, which was nice. The breakfast was awesome too, especially the staff. But the room wasn't anything special, and I've had better for less at other DoubleTrees.
